Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

After creating an MSI bundle and adding a "Prompt User" dialog to the uninstall action. According to the help screen, creating a "Prompt User" action with a "User cancels Allowed" value greater than zero should cancel the remaining actions in the action set when the user clicks on "Cancel" in the prompt dialog box. However, when "Cancel" is clicked the remaining actions execute. In this instance the application is uninstalled even though the "Cancel" button was clicked.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.1 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support
