Novell ZENworks Linux Management Linux Management 7 - ZLM7
Situation
Bundles assigned to a device are not installed if the assignee was an additional administrator account.
Resolution
Fix included in hot patch, follow the instructions in KB 3469853 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management" which can be found at Novell Support
Additional Information
Root Cause:
The additional administrator account does not have sufficient access to the object store.

Steps to Duplicate:
1) Create an additional administrator account within the ZENworks Control Center.
2) Give the new user the right "Can Modify Zone Settings" hit apply.
3) Give the new user "all" rights.
4) Login to the ZENworks Control Center as this user.
5) Assign a bundle to a device with an appropriate schedule.
The following can be seen in the services-messages.log when assigning the bundle:
