Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

The agent installed by System Update to 10.0.2 shows as 10.0.1.0 in add/remove programs, which is the same as for the 10.0.1 release of ZCM.

Resolution

Check the version number in the registry: HKLM\Software\Novell\ZENworks,"Version" - this will be 10.0.2 for a 10.0.2 agent.
