Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

Adding proxy settings within ZCC - Configuration - Infrastructure Management - HTTP Proxy Settings causes web service calls from the agent to fail.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.0.2 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10 Configuration Management" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support

Additional Information

This is caused by a mismatch between the XML data used to represent the settings on the client and the server.
