Situation
Loading apache2.nlm from a cluster volume results in :
PSA.NSS is loaded on the server and caching open files including httpd.conf.
Error: "could not open file httpd.conf"Additionally, changes to web pages are not visible when refreshing those web pages in the browser.

Resolution
Rem out load line for PSA in sys:/system/autoexec.ncf so that
PSA.NSS does not load on the server.
Restart server for change to go into effect.
