Situation

Unable to image ITRONIX GOBOOK machines.

Specifically models with the following NIC:

Vendor 0x11c1 "Agere Systems"
Device 0xed00 "ET-131s PCI-E Ethernet Controller"

Resolution

For ZDM7: To obtain access to a hot patch with the fix for this problem, follow the instructions in KB 3484245 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

For ZLM7.2IR1: To obtain access to a hot patch with the fix for this problem, follow the instructions in KB 3469853 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
