- To obtain your unique access code: Find your mainframe identification numbers and then contact Attachmate Technical Support.

- For all other issues, contact Unisys:
- Web: Log in to the Unisys Support Services portal and select DATABRIDGE in your product list. (You must first be registered with your email address and customer ID.)
