Volume Purchase Account (VPA) Number

Your permanent VPA number is assigned when your company first purchases a volume license and Maintenance and Support Plan. When your plan is renewed, a new expiration date is set, and the VPA number remains the same.

The VPA number appears near the top of the electronic Volume Purchase Account Certificate that you receive with each product license or Maintenance and Support Plan purchase. The certificate confirms the purchase, plan status, and expiration date. Your certificate may also be on file with your reseller.

Your valid VPA number with a current Maintenance and Support Plan subscription entitles you to Attachmate Technical Support, product updates, and other benefits.
