Creating incidents via Web Services results in a number=NULL query issued against probsummary
Error
The CreateIncidentRequest SOAP Request successfully creates a new incident ticket, however during this transaction, the apps appear to perform a query against probsummary where number=NULL or number='' that results in a performance issue.
When creating the incident normally (via a web or win client) the issue does not occur.
