How to search for open Incident tickets in Service Manager 7
Answer
In ServiceCenter, the $search.open.flag was used to specify whether to return tickets that were Open, Closed, or Either. In Service Manager, the $choices variable is used to specify similar criteria. The More Choices tab on the advFind.incident.search form contains the following options:
- is assigned to me
- is high priority
- is open
- is closed
- has a total loss of service
Note: These options are presented as checkboxes and the default search criteria returns "Either" Incident tickets.
