How to fix "Invalid Manger" message during LDAP import.

After upgrade from ITG 6.0 SP5 to PPM 7.1v SP7, User Import report is erroring with "Invalid Manager " message when importing LDAP users. 



During the user import from LDAP server, Kintana validates that the Manager user exists in Kintana DB. If the Manager user does not exist, it will throw that error. To fix this, do not map the manager in the LDAPAttribute.conf and import all users first. Afterward, set the manager mapping in the LDAPAttribute.conf file and import again. The second import will then associate the users with their manager.
