Right clicking on Knowledge Document hitlist title and choosing 'Open in New Window' will cause 'Page cannot be displayed' error

In Knowledge Management results hitlist users can right click on the title of the Document and choose 'Open In New Window' from the flyout menu. This action will open a browser session with the following error "'Page cannot be displayed'. Can the 'Open In New Window' option be removed from the fly out menu
