Fix
The dblanguage:utf8 is required in the sc.ini file for Oracle if the NLS_LANG is set to AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8. This is auto set for SM7. Users may also need to update additional parameters as described in the ServiceCenter 6.2 Help system which is available for download on the Software Update Manager (SUM) site at http://www12.itrc.hp.com/service/sum/home.do
