How to create a Shared Parameter file in Performance Center

Please follow steps below to use Shared Parameter file in Performance Center:

1. On the system where the parameter file is located, create a shared folder
2. Make sure this folder is accessible by PC user (IUSR_METRO by default)
3. From the Performance Center Controller Host machine and the Performance Center Load Generator machine, map a drive to the shared folder and make sure that when we login as PC user, we can view this parameter file
4. In the script, go to Vuser > Parameter List. Select the desired parameter and update the file path to point to the shared drive (i.e. \\test\\data.txt ). After that, make sure that the data can be seen from the data table. If this is successful, save the script, run it and use the same method across all of the other scripts to access the shared data file

Note: The key to making sure this method works is to make sure that the file can be accessed from the Controller Host and the Load Generator Host machines, when we login as PC user.
