ALI Extension Support in the ALM/QC 11.00 Editions

Summary

ALI works only with ALM edition. If users are using QC Starter or ALM Enterprise edition they cannot take advantage of this functionality.

Question

Is it possible to use HP Application Lifecycle Intelligence (ALI) on Application Lyfecycle Management (ALM) Enterprise edition?

Answer

Application Lifecycle Intelligence (ALI) is supported only for ALM 11.00 (Premier Edition).

It cannot be installed and used on :

  • QC 11.00 Enterprise Edition or QC Starter Edition.
  • Localized ALM and QC versions.

Addtionally the following add-ins which integrate with it have no support for localized editions:

  • Enterprise Collaboration for ALM,
  • HP Change Impact Testing module for SAP applications
