This document provides an overview of the system requirements and supported devices for HP Route Analytics Management Software (HP RAMS) version 9.20.

Hardware Requirements

Before installing HP RAMS, make sure that your system meets the following requirements:

Standard Hardware Requirement

Notes:

  1. HP RAMS 9.20 Flow Collector is only supported on the following platforms:

  2. For Flow Collector two logical drives needs to be configured. Drive 1 must be at RAID level 1+0; drive 2 must be at RAID 0.
  3. For non-Flow Collector only one logical drive needs to be configured. Which is default fault tolerance RAID level 1 or 1+0. Do NOT set up more than 1 logical drive.
