Affected Services is not populated when using CI Groups in Change request - CR72105

Summary

When the user chooses the Related CI for a change request, the Affected Services tab is populated. When the user chooses a CI Group for a change request, the Affected Services tab is NOT populated. For example: When you have a CI that has the outage dependency like Internet Explorer 6 (OOB CI) it will display the Affected Service, but if you add IE 6 to a CI Group, if you select the group, the Affected Service will not display.
