Answer

The "Weighted Average of Transaction Response Time" is the average response time for all transactions. Analysis takes the average response time for each transaction, summarize it and divide by the number of all transactions in the run. This is then calculated for each run thus the "Weighted Average of Transaction Response Time" is generated.
