Known Problems, Limitations, and Workarounds

This release contains certain unresolved problems, some limitations, and there are workaround to help solve certain problems.

QCCR1B92493

PROBLEM: Opening a new NNM iSPI Performance for Traffic 9.11 Threshold Configuration form in the Internet Explorer browser displays an incomplete form.
WORKAROUND: Maximize the browser window and then refresh the page.

QCCR1B92634

PROBLEM: Stopping and deleting the NNM iSPI Performance for Traffic Leaf application generates the following log message of category SEVERE in the log file:
"OjectPool <DATAGRAMPACKET> Monitoring Thread failed due to: null"
WORKAROUND: Terminate the Java process which represents the NNM iSPI Performance for Traffic Leaf application.

QCCR1B92689

PROBLEM:

Leaf Health Report does not report failure to bind to a port if the collector IP address is 0.0.0.0

WORKAROUND:

Configure the Leaf Collector with the specific IP address on which it will receive flow packets.

QCCR1B89291

PROBLEM: If a Leaf Collector is configured with a port number which is already in use, it fails to bind to that port. Reconfiguring the port number to an available port will still not take effect.
WORKAROUND: Restart the Leaf Collector process to ensure that the reconfigured port number is used.

QCCR1B92338

PROBLEM: The NNM iSPI Performance for Traffic report help does not launch if Network Performance Server (NPS) 9.11 (9.10 Patch 1) is installed.
WORKAROUND: None. This is expected to be fixed in NPS 9.10 Patch 2.

QCCR1B95288

PROBLEM: When you filter the NNM iSPI Performance for Traffic reports based on the source port, the source port values are displayed as "0" in the report. If you drill down to view further detail from the source port value, NNM iSPI Performance for Traffic displays an empty report.
WORKAROUND: None. The support for source ports is stopped in NNM iSPI Performance for Traffic version 9.10 and 9.11. The issue of the source port column appearing in the reports will be addressed in the next release.
