Supported Platforms List for Service Desk 5.0
This list specifies the software versions certified by Hewlett-Packard for Service Desk 5.0.
By default, all listed products are supported including any subsequent service packs or patches for that specific product.
This does not include any minor releases for these products - minor releases have to be certified against Service Desk 5.0. In general, combinations not listed in this document are unsupported until they have been tested. Hewlett-Packard will continue to accept requests for support for other combinations; however, if unable to reproduce the problem in an unsupported configuration, customers may be required to migrate to a supported configuration to correct the symptoms of the problem.
Hewlett-Packard will continue to test combinations of software versions. Upon completion of testing, HP will add these combinations to the supported list. The latest information about supported software versions will be published on the Internet, in the Supported Platforms List (this document).
