Problem with ALM Synchronizer after upgrading to QC/ALM 11

Summary

After upgrade to QC11/ALM11 the integrity check fails

Error

ERROR (Integrity.General.Adapter1.HP-ALM) Permissions: The user: 'username' doesn't have the required permissions. Error: hasCreatePermissions: General error: AutomationException: The specified action does not exist.
In the Integrity Logs this is the error:

Cause

The version of Application Lyfecycle Management (ALM) Synchronizer is outdated: 1.31.0.959

Fix

To fix the problem the ALM server and client should be updated to the latest version:
1. Uninstall ALM Synchronizer Client
2. Uninstall ALM Synchronizer Server
3. Download ALM Synchronizer Client and server from ALM Addin page (version 1.40 build number 1084 or higher)
4. Install ALM Synchronizer Server and during the installation select the option to upgrade the existing database.
5. Install ALM Synchronizer Client
