This SMAX release further increases service management productivity with new functionality and features in collaboration, asset management, and integration as well as extended platform and language support. Customers now can also get early access to the new Android mobile app for agents with this release in addition to the continued early access to the iOS version.

    • These now can use many-to-many relations for mass updates. A sample use case is to select multiple requests and link them to one or more incidents.

The SMA Service Portal works with existing instances of Service Manager, enabling customers to take advantage of the modern SMA Service Portal and mobile app without requiring changes to Service Manager. The Service Portal can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud. New features:
