The content of /var/opt/OV/log/ipt remains unchanged since the actual upgrade.

Cause

Deffect. During the upgrade, the mentioned in the workaround properly was no updated.

Fix

Please add the below property in
/var/opt/OV/shared/ipt/conf/nms-ipt.jvm.properties file and restart iptjboss.

-Xbootclasspath/p:/opt/OV/nmsas/lib/jboss-logmanager.jar

-Dlogging.configuration=file:/opt/OV/NNM/server/conf/logging.properties
