The Following are the Key Features for PPM9.64:

PPM 9.64 introduces important updates to help our customers achieve greater mobility and give them more options for agile resource management. In 9.64, we added a new tab to the Team Management module called the Demand tab. Here, team managers can now allocate resources directly within the Team Management module, saving time and allowing for greater flexibility. We also added a Timesheet Submission component to PPM for Mobile, allowing customers to create and submit timesheets with their phones or tablets.
 
Feature 1:
Submit Timesheets with PPM for Mobile
In addition to seeing suggested items to add to timesheets, customers can now search for and add any type of work item to a timesheet from their mobile device and submit timesheets for review.

• Add work items to timesheets, like project, task, or program items
• See contextual information for the line item like percentage complete, actual and remaining effort, and notes
• Ability to create a timesheet from scratch or copy from the last work period

Feature 2:
Allocate Resources in the Team Management Module 
We added to the rich functionality already present in the Team Management module, which is created on the same data model as the Resource Pool, allowing for seamless adoption. The new Demand tab speeds up both the pre-project planning phase and allows for detailed work allocation during the execution phase of the project.

• View all the positions related to the team, including parent and child teams
• View demand and allocations by date (year, quarter, month, or week view) or more granular views (hour, person days, and full-time employees)
• Filter and group staffing by profile, role, or status of requested teams
• Allocate, forward, reject or promise individuals or a group of resources
• Use standard copy and paste functions, or select multiple items by clicking while holding down the shift key

Feature 3:
Tooltip for request fields
We continued to invest in updates for the Demand Management module in 9.64, making tooltips available with a wealth of information at your fingertips without the need to navigate back and forth between entities. For fields with auto-complete validation, you can now specify any type of entity to appear in a reciprocal field tooltip

• All PPM entities are supported -even DpM (packages)
• Holding your mouse over that field will supply a tooltip with information and links for related entities
• Functionality is also extended to the Project Overview page where hovering over the Project Manager field will supply a list of all the project manager resources associated with that project with options to start a chat with or email that person
