Unable to connect to BO sevrer and error - CMS server not found or hostname not correct

Fix

Copy BO Client tool sevrer hostname to BO server.

Opent port 6400 and disable firewalls

Ensure nslookup is resolving fine the BO server from BO Client tools machine
