Question
If you do not see the Test Board Tab in Test Lab module, this could be caused because the SAP extension was enabled on the project.
Answer
This is expected , once you enable "Enterprice Integration for SAP applications" extension, the Test Board tab will not be visible anymore. This information can also be found in our official online documentation:

Keep in mind that once the extension is enabled it cannot be reverted and the Test Board tab will no longer be visible for this project.
