Error

When starting backup using SAP HANA Cockpit, following error is found on Job log:

Environment variable OB2BARLIST not set

 

Cause

In "backup configuration" from hana cockpit gui, customer forget to set backup configuration. even in SAP HANA Studio, they are set properly

Fix

Open SAP HANA Cockpit GUI,

Open Backup configuration

Set Backint parameter file for data backup and log backup properly by pointing to the valid .par files
