‘an error occurred’ in ‘form’ display within Designer-DAC

Summary

Using DAC in SDM Designer, when user select the way to display data choosing 'Form', it shows 'an error ocurred'.

Using DAC in SDM Designer, when user select the way to display data choosing 'Form', it shows 'an error ocurred'.

Cause

Bug in SDM versions under 7.64, it happens when 'Form' display format is choosen to see data in DAC cartridge in Designer.

Fix

User must migrate to 7.64 following proper upgrade path.  No workaround.
