Mass close: closeme is not a valid action
Error
When doing a mass close, the user may get a message saying:
closeme is not a valid action
Cause
The cause of this issue may be related with the lack of a transition from the phase that the tickets are being closed from. If there is no a transition with name "closeme" in the phase of the record. This error will happen.
Fix
If any phase should allow to do the mass close, create a transition from every phase to the closure phase and the action of that transition must be closeme.
