Error
If OBR using OBM for Topology source and BSM ProfileDB for BPM Data, there must be topology sync between OBM and BSM.
If not - the data will go to
PMDB/stage/failed_to_reconcile
Fix
Ensure Topology sync is done.
Check column Application Name in BPM CSV in OBR and value is matching CI Name in OBM and BSM views is same.
