This SiteScope release features the delivery on 5 customer enhancement requests and delivers new value to customers via the updated SiteScope local client, new and enhanced REST APIs, improved monitoring capabilities, and updated compliancy standards.

Local Client Updates

  • Easily connect and switch among multiple SiteScope server instances
  • Launch multiple local client windows for different SiteScope server instances
  • Automatic reload when updating licenses
  • Improved usability, performance, defect fixes and stabilization
  • Supported on MacOS 10.15.6 
    (MacOS released on July 15th, 2020)
  • Download directly from SiteScope browser login page

New APIs and Enhancements

  • New event properties API now allows set/unset send events on a group level
  • New schedule preference properties API 
  • Disable alert API now temporarily disables all assoc. alerts based on schedule
  •  Add Acknowledgement API now temporarily disables all assoc. alerts based on schedule

Monitoring Improvements

  • VMWare Monitor: adds support for VMware ESXi 7.0
  • Web Script Monitor: adds support for Load Generator and VuGen 2020 SP2
  • WebSphere MQ Status Monitor: adds support for WebSphere MQ 9.2
  • TLS 1.3 support added for URL Monitor family
