How to create non integration user in OBM for OBR integration

Error

Non integrtion user has few limitations and that can break the integration.

Fix

1. Go to http://<DPS>:21212/jmx-console
2. Select UCMDB:service=Security Services
3. Create new normal user by selecting "createUser" (Please DO NOT use createIntegrationUser)
4. Provide the following roles to the new normal user using "setRolesForUser"
