Verify first with below commands:

On OBR:
ovcoreid
ovcoreid -ovrg server
ovc -version
ovc -status -level 8
ovcert –list
ovdeploy -env PMDB_HOME -ovrg server

On Remote Collector:
ovcoreid
ovcoreid -ovrg server
ovc -version
ovcert -list
ovcert –list –ovrg
