Question
Customer installed a fresh SSA 2020.08. The autoteach.zsai file is empty. The teaching doesn't work.

Answer
Customer installed a fresh SSA 2020.08 and the SSA server is running, but it doesn't teach applications. They found some errors / exceptions in the SSAServerWrapper.log. The transfer of scan files to the SSA server works, it is also possible to send zsai files from the SSA server to the UCMDB server. All certificates were newly created and imported into the respective keystores and truststores according to the instructions. Sometimes the SSA server displays a brief error message when you switch to teaching mode. The autoteach.zsai file is empty. The teaching doesn't work.
We suggested customer to follow the steps below:
1. Open "wrapper.conf" file under <SSA>\\config directory;
2. Add below line to the end of this file:
Installation directory
wrapper.java.additional.9 = -DinstallDir=../../
3. Restart SSA service.
Customer followed the steps and confirmed that now is working fine.
