Cannot connect DP 10.03 using DP 10.60 GUI

Summary

Customer has two different CMs, 10.03 and 10.60 He want to use only one 10.60 GUI to connect both, but he could not access DP 10.03 GUI

Error

Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to Cellmanager:7116

Cause

There were some changes in term of certificate/TLS between 10.03 and 10.60 so it could not connect together.

Fix

Install DP GUI version 10.40 to connect both CM
