Automate Hybrid IT Discovery and Monitoring
- Introducing vulnerability scanning functionality of Data Center Automation (DCA) as part of Operation Bridge Ultimate
- Operations Bridge containerized components now use Helm package manager for Kubernetes to simplify installation and future upgrading. Helm helps you manage Kubernetes applications using Helm Charts, which help you define, install, and upgrade the Kubernetes application. Additional productivity updates made that simplify setting up CDF pre-requisites, deploying the suite, and configuring its capabilities, including OpsB database setup automation for external Vertica/Postgres/Oracle. A guided deployment script now included in addition to Helm CLIs and improved CDF installation documentation in this release

Operations Bridge Management Packs content
- Oracle WebLogic MP now offers support for port 9002, and contains various defect fixes and merged earlier hotfixes
- Oracle Database MP contains various defect fixes and merged earlier hotfixes
- Microsoft SharePoint MP now supports MS SharePoint 2019, contains various defect fixes
- The following Management Packs are released in Limited Availability and now have alignment with new COSO 2020.08 schema: Microsoft SQL Server MP, IBM WebSphere MP, and Infrastructure MP

Operations Bridge Connectors content
- VROPS connector now supports VROPS version 8.1, token based authentication, integration for VSAN adapter, and multi-instance Automation
- CA Spectrum connector now supports CA Spectrum version 10.4
- NetIQ AppManager connector is released in Limited Availability and now publishes all AppManager metrics to COSO 2020.08
- OBM policy manager is now used to manage polices for OEM, CA APM, CA Spectrum, and Zenoss
Consolidate Data and Reduce Noise
- ITOM Collect Once Store Once (COSO) is now in General Availability status

Automated Event Correlation (AEC) is now in General Availability status, and introduces the following features:
- Correlate cross-node events using topology
- Provide user feedback to AEC algorithms with promote lists & prohibit lists, and provide custom attributes on which to influence clustering
- Updated algorithms to improve the handling of event "noise"
- New best practices documentation on when to use the appropriate correlation engine (TBEC/SBEC/AEC)
Customize Dashboards and Reporting
- Now in General Availability, OpsBridge reporting now delivering scalable system and event reporting on COSO data lake for cross-domain (network, system, app) reports from a shared data lake

Business Value Dashboards (BVD) and stakeholder dashboarding usability enhancements and improved navigation
- BVD usability enhancements in working with data queries and report parameters (shape grouping, quick edit button, new last day, last hour time parameters)
- Improved navigation to drill-down dashboards
- Improved dashboards display for text value widgets (can now wrap text) and improved dashboard scaling
- Additional improvements include dashboard message catalog translation, screen reader support, dashboard import/export now includes Show in Menu/Categories properties
- New BVD AppManager dashboard for Windows Hosts visualizing CPU and disk utilization, memory consumption and network performance metrics
Analyze Application Health
- BPM now ships with the latest version of Load Runner, version 2020 SP2, which supports Chrome 80 and Mozilla 71
- BPM is now certified on the following platforms: RHEL 7.7, RHEL 8.0, Windows 10 (until 1909), and Windows 2019
- This BPM release also includes updates to the BPM Local Client application and supports Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 for improved communications security for transaction monitoring

- BBCUTIL enhanced to show and test the security communication protocols being used
- Agent Health Status now able to reset the status of the agent to re-receive an Event
- Operations Agent 12.x documentation now contains libnsl requirements for RHEL 8
- Operations Agent 12.x now supports Red Hat Enterprise Linux versions 8 and 8.1
- Operations Agent 12.x now supports RHEL 8.1 is supported by OA
- Operations Agent 12.x now supports CENTOS version 8
- Operations Agent 12.x now supports SUSE version12 SP5
- Operations Agent 12.x now supports RHEL version 7.8
- Opcgeni processes can now be configured to run in a specified port range
- Operations Agent SNMP Trap Policy now supports numeric counter (counter64) in the varbind for signaling of threshold
