Recently we have experienced a deleted artifact status has been kept for a month, it is blocking further upload.
How to remove it on the way.
This is also happened for scheduling status

To correct this issue disable alerting and restart SSC, and the database clean up should remove the offending record as it should have in the beginning. The customer then needs to go through and check the Alert set up and find the error that caused the initial failure.
