Summary
Problem happen on DP 10.70 with 12hours format
Error
When doing sort the scheduler on dashboard with 12h format, it always return incorrect sorting.
Cause
Currently the root cause is unknown
Fix
Change time format of the system to 24-hour format OR upgrade to 10.80
