The following new key features are available with this version:

Cloud Discovery

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Running state of AWS virtual machines (EC2) so you can determine if they are active or inactive.
  • Private-IP discovery across VPCs to ensure proper discovery and reconciliation.
     
• Azure
  • Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Discovery: Application Services and Storage Accounts.
  • Fine-grained control of Azure discovery to capture only the PaaS services you require.
  • Running state of virtual machines so you can determine if they are active or inactive.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Google tags discovery will capture tags on GCP resources that can later be used within your views and queries.

User Experience

• New Discovery Solution – Fully configure, deploy, manage and report on discovery via a new solution that features a simplified UI and goal-based discovery.
• Show CI instances from within the Query Designer while you design your views and queries.
• View CI properties natively when viewed from the Inventory UI on any element in the list, improving visibility to information about your CIs.
• Improved export from within the Inventory UI that now includes XLSX format.

Enterprise Readiness

• Standalone Containerized CMS - Controlled Availability for standalone container installation for the UCMDB.
• Added UCMDB support for Red Hat Linux (RHEL) 7.8/8.2 and Wildfly 19/20.
