What needs to be done for the Agile Projects portlet's preferences to show data in the auto complete lists?
Answer
You need to go to the Octane integration configuration > Advanced tab > Click on Select Agile Projects > Choose a project and run the "Agile Data Sync Service" from Services Audit Page.
Also make sure the boxes are checked.
