When you are working with customers running UCMDB 10.33 please remind them that committed support ends on Oct. 31 2020 and goes into extended support after that. This means that after 10/31/2020 that we will not be able to engage R&D, support will continue as part of extended support.

 

Inform your customers and encourage them to start planning to upgrade, if needed involve PSO to assist via the  Lead the Deal program.
