After install MS hotfix KB4550929 on SQL servers, the backup AG was failed and crashed, while taking backup standalone works properly

Cause
the sql api call to odbc_exit() and it is inappropriatly freeing memory odbc objects
that would crashed the sql_bar
Fix
Install DP1040_b306_OCTIM19Q808344_HF1_win
the problem shall be addressed on DP 10.80
