Error
After a successful upgrade from Data Protector 10.xx to 10.40 and above, the existing MS Exchange 2010 Single Mailbox backup will fail and a new backup cannot be created or integrated.
‘vcruntime140.dll’ file not found or not able to load.
Cause
vc2017 upgrade not compiled properly in DP code
Fix
On the MS Exchange 2010 client, replace the following files and rename the original files (optional).
- From the Data Protector Installation depot server location, copy the file vcruntime140.dll to the MS Exchange 2010 client mailbox path C:\Program Files\OmniBack\bin.
- From the MS Exchange 2010 mailbox client, copy the file omnilibeay32.dll from C:\Program Files\OmniBack\lib\i386 to C:\Program Files\OmniBack\bin.
- From the MS Exchange 2010 mailbox client copy the file omnissleay32.dll from C:\Program Files\OmniBack\lib\i386 to C:\Program Files\OmniBack\bin.
PRoblem shall be fixed on DP 10.80
