These dates are based on the Micro Focus Business Support Agreement. Please keep in mind: In accordance with the contractual terms, your Software should be on a supported available release. You can verify the support timeline for the specific version of the product you are using on Product Support Lifecycle. Please make sure that your Software is on a supported version throughout the period of your support contract. You can contact your Micro Focus Sales Representative or Micro Focus Business Partner if you need any additional help. Whilst Micro Focus offers Extended Support, to minimize risks we recommend that all customers update to the latest version of these products. The Product Support Lifecycle Policy defines the level of support provided for a product release as it ages through its lifecycle. Providing predictable and consistent support aids customers as they plan, test, and deploy newer product versions.
