1) Confirm the version of office used is supported by the Excel Addin v15.0.1 Patch01
2) Install the Excel Addin v15.0.1 Patch 1 or later
3) Before to logging into ALM via the Excel launce Internet Explorer
4) Click Tools>Internet Options
5) Click the General Tab>Settings>View Files
6) Delete all the files contains in the folder
7) Close the folder
8) Click on OK, then Apply
9) Launch Excel and login to ALM, it should succeed
