    • Azure PaaS Service discovery (Azure Key Vaults, Load Balancers, Log Analytics and Automation Accounts)
    • Token-based authentication for OpenShift
    • OOTB Kubernetes compliance policies
  • Classic Discovery Enhancements
    • Oracle database discovery via Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
    • Kubernetes v1.17
    • Microsoft Message Queue v6.0 and v6.3
    • Oracle VM for x86 v3.4.6
    • SAP Hana DB v2.0
  • Enterprise Readiness
    • Support for one-hop upgrade from version 10.22 to 2019.11
    • Local client supported on RHEL 7 & 8
    • HA will no longer flip-flop the writer between hosts when DB is under heavy load
    • Ability to run UCMDB in HA mode using PostgreSQL database
    • Ability to utilize AWS load balancer resources for HA deployments in AWS
    • CMS now distribute Windows-based support tools (tail, grep, snmpwalk) to improve support response time
    • Simplified VMware and AWS discovery via inclusion of their SDKs as part of probe deployment
    • Content Pack upgrade enhancements with Improved reporting and retention of customized resources
