How to use a LR Controller machine as MI Listener at the same time

Mi Listener component comes with the Full LoadRunner or Performance Host installation. However, in a Performance Center Host the MI Listener is enabled by default; although this is not the case in Full LoadRunner (LR Controller).

To enable the MI Listener in LR Controller follow the next steps:

1. Go to the <LoadRunner installation directory>\launch_service\dat folder
2. Look for the file merc_agent.cfg and open it with an editor tool
3. In the line, RouterAvailable set the flag to 1
4. Restart the magentproc.exe / magentservice.exe
