Question

When recording Oracle NCA form, even LoadRunner CA certificate has been installed into Java Keystore (KM02522934) we are still not able to launch Oracle NCA form with SSL handshake failed error

Answer

Try to disable Java certification check as below snapshot (Control Panel --> Java --> Advanced)
