HPPmdbBORebrand installation failure

Summary

When OBR is installing the HPPmdbBORebrand package a failure occurs and the errors really are not very accurate.

Error

ERROR: Failed to Install BO. BO Directory is empty

ERROR [Thread-1009] com.hp.ov.installer.ovapp.core.ActionRunner (?:?) - There was a failure with this installation action for package HPPmdbBORebrand 10.30.000 (HP PMDB BO rebrand). Installing SAP BusinessObjects. Please wait... has returned a non-zero error code. Operations Bridge Reporter will not be installed.

2019-05-22 13:08:12,984 ERROR - [Error]: #ERROR: /opt/OV folder cannot be empty if HPOv components are already installed on the system.

Cause

It appears that the shared library 'libfreebl3.so' is missing

Fix

Install packages nss-softokn-freebl and make sure both for i686 and x86_64 packages are installed.

nss-softokn-freebl-3.16.2.3-14.4.el7.i686

nss-softokn-freebl-3.16.2.3-14.4.el7.x86_64

# yum install nss-softokn-freebl.i686
