Content Pack Deployment page not loading

The content pack deployment just shows an error and don't load the specific web page for the content packs

Error

In BSMRApp.log found next error in OBR 10.40 fresh installation:

"An error occurred while fetching the data.Refer to packagemanager.log for details."

Cause

Missing content pack folders in $PMDB_HOME/packages

Fix

Download the content packs from Market place https://marketplace.microfocus.com/itom/category/all?product=Operations-Bridge-Reporter-(OBR)&company=Micro-Focus and install them in the OBR or compress the %PMDB_HOME%\packages from an fresh installation OBR and copy that content in the problematic server and reload the admin console web page.
